Procon Consulting, LLC (“Procon”), is on a multi-year growth trajectory and on pace to increase annual revenues by over 30 percent year-over-year (YOY) in 2023. To respond to increased demand for its services across all divisions, including design, technology, construction services, and operations, and ensure timely and efficient project delivery and corporate operations behind the scenes, Procon has hired 18 new employees, plus five interns (the largest cohort ever) since January 1, 2023. This brings the total employee count to 155.
The talented new staff members span entry- to senior-level roles in cost estimating, engineering, marketing, and project management, as well as proposal production, QA/QC, scheduling, commissioning, and more. In response to the global economy and taking a tech-first approach to operations, the new additions to the team are based across the country – from Puerto Rico to Florida to Washington to Pennsylvania and many states in between.
“We are excited about the new additions to the Procon team,” stated Caitlin O’Grady, human resources specialist. “Having the right mix of talent and expertise nationwide is critical for our clients to ensure timely and successful project delivery, and with each new hire, Procon is able to exceed our clients’ expectations.”
